Jun. 21st, 2012 10:51 pmContext/Premise: Crewsexual with Basco part of the crew, no betrayal, happy fluffy everyone loves each other crew. Gai's just been added to the crew, we're mid-season, and instead of Basco as the main antagonist aside from the Zangyack royal family, the crew's mission is just the keys and avoiding/skirmishing with Damarasu. Sid is still dead but he isn't WORSE than dead, and there's at the least the comfort that, before they were taken from each other, Sid told Joe his love was returned.

I've been enjoying the way that the crew's dynamic has shifted since our seventh member joined us. Things take a while to shake out - they always do - and in the process, I've found myself growing ever closer to our First Mate. When he joined, the first to join after AkaRed died, he and I didn't really get on well.
Now... heh. Well, now I can appreciate a few more of the nuances of Joe's personality. Such as his charming stubbornness.
